Been a busy old time as ever, between working on another crazy Duncan project, painting new work and moving house, I've finally have a bit of down time. So new paintings in the Thistle Gallery Summer exhibition and the Marie Curie Charity Exhibition at the Glasgow Art Club in Bath Street. The Thistle show starts on Tuesday 26th May, with a sprinkling of the odd pop up of a weekend during the next couple of months, you can see two new portraits I've completed. Carol really does keep things fresh and interesting with her diverse tastes and shows. It's a great wee space. And the Marie Curie Art for Care annual exhibition will be on for only 3 days (4th-6th June) at the fantastic Glasgow Art Club in Bath Street. Gone for a bit of a new style, using a more impasto technique with thick palette knife strokes - see what you think. The exhibition will be well worth a visit and it's all for a great cause. Do come along to see what's there. edit: Thistle Gallery show starts from 26th May
