 I usually make tablet at Xmas time but it didn’t happen this year. Finally got round to it today to use up a tin of condensed milk that’s been sitting in the cupboard since the previous year. I’m generally trying to consume less dairy so I only have soya milk and dairy free marg in the fridge but I’m very pleased to say that it still worked no bother with the alternatives. Next try is to make dairy free condensed milk - Google says there are recipes using soya or coconut milk. Thing is, I have to give it away to folk as I will die if I keep this to myself so anyone wants any give me a shout. I’ll try and give it away to my neighbours though. . You’ll need to excuse me now whilst I go into a sugar coma after scarfing all the pot scrapings...😳

The icy snowy pavement to decorate a model doorway. No idea why I decided to put a wee toaty severed head in a frozen puddle but I quite like it. Note to self - must finish!
