 For my next make I’m going to build a Basil Forest! I have always wondered how to clip basil plants properly when using the leaves for cooking. Having never managed to keep one going for any decent amount of time I finally found the right YouTube video on how to do it correctly. That lead me on to how to propagate the plant and have endless amounts of basil to aid my culinary delights.

What a lot of sanding! Lots of hard to get to corners and nooks. All round with 80 grit on an orbital sander, 120 with a mouse finisher and then hand with 120 to get to those bits you just can’t reach any other way. 😮💨 Phewf! Note to self: must rig up some curtaining to avoid sawdust getting EVERYWHERE! Enough for one day, next weekend for prep and varnish and she’ll be ready for her close up, Mr DeMille.🎥 🛋
