I’ve been rebuilding my (previously) very wonky printer cabinet as I want it to also house my ancient scanner, or at least have a shelf for it. It’s an attempt to combat the constant layer of dust in my workshop getting into their inner workings. With my continued need to use up scraps of wood and MDF for workshop furniture, I have been having fun gluing up a patchwork of of pieces to make shelves for my new printer cabinet. An assortment of plywood, MDF and milled down 2x4s, battens and other random timber from the wood bin here. Does it take much more time? Yes. Does it look pretty? No. But does it cost much less in materials and have a character all of its own? Abso-bloomin-lutely! Not to mention the virtue signalling of how bloody marvellous I am.😇😉

Shiny shiny golden eggs. Made these, amongst other things, for @adrenalismscot’s highly silly and marvellous Cowboy Chicken Western show “The Good, The Bad and The Poultry”. They’ve just started their 6 week outdoor theatre tour of Scotland, braving the elements in Giffnock at the weekend.
