 Casting this week! Not the employing an actor type but making the soft prop type. What’s it gonna be? Well, you’ll have to wait a year or so to find out. Currently waiting for last year’s productions to come out and even one from over two years ago! A lot of patience is required in this game, not only waiting for things to cure and dry but also waiting for productions to be broadcast (if they ever see the light of day) so I can show what I’ve been up to. Got a pattern online to have a mess about with leather. He’s made from the cover of my old armchair that I’ve had sitting in a box with all my fabric for at least five years. I knew there was a reason I kept it.? Some handstitched and some machined. Cut the pattern far too small which made it a bit more difficult and definitely not the neatest job but happy at my first go at leather sewing. I like him.
