Finally pics of more projects from last autumn! This was a fun one. “Urlar”. Working with fabulous costume designer, Zephyr Liddell, I did a bit of foamsmithery with shiny, shiny fabric. From foam to wood…and a bit more foam…

Right back at it after New Year with a bit of fun puppet wrangling in between…and now a tree…
Yes, this is a tree. A collaboration in the making and not quite fully formed yet. Been an interesting problem solving challenge to use only materials we have lying about. And we do have a lot of bits of wood…
Apart from some new screws and bolts and a bit of fire retardant spray, managing to use up some materials which is excellent as space here is a premium! I’m just making the frame, upon which there will be a beautiful fabric covering. Will post up the finished article when it’s done.
