![]() This is just a practice run of trying to make the sign look like neon tube lighting under daylight but also neon under UV light. It's messy and not complete but getting somewhere. The trouble is, it's difficult (and expensive) to get true fluorescent white paint and any highlights made with white paint that you can see in daylight go purple or disappear under UV. Though I'm pleased to see the fluorescent paint mixed with regular acrylic still has a bit of a glow to it. I think I'm going go again but a little differently. Yellow as highlights or just shell out for some white...hmmm. Anyone got any tips about white fluorescent paint feel free to share your experiences. #fluorescent #paint #neonsign #makingitup #signs #making #propmaking #propmaker #props #makeit #makingit #madebyme #modelmaker #maker #modelmaking #art #artist #jenkilgour #pigsticks #pigsticksp #pigsticksproductions via Instagram https://ift.tt/2XgaTRm
