Day 26 #marchmeetthemaker - Self Care

​I should probably do more self care. I have my moments of being physically and mentally fit. I’m generally robust with both and I know about all the things we should do to keep ourselves fighting fit but don’t always do it. My self care comes when I’m in the zone of cooking good food. If you feel good on the inside you feel good on the outside. That’s the theory anyway.
